Join us for Chaminade Resort & Spa’s 9th Annual Farm to Table Wine Dinner Series! Enjoy a five course dinner with local, Everett Family Farm fresh ingredients prepared by Executive Chef, Kirsten Ponza and her team. Sip on Central Coast wines, from Martin Ranch Winery, as you talk with Chef Kirsten, as well as the featured farmers and vintners who will join you for dinner to answer any questions you may have about the carefully sourced and crafted meals.
Dinners take place on the Sunset Terrace or Courtyard Terrace, boasting unsurpassed views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay. A reception with wine and passed hors d’oeuvres begins at 6:00 pm followed by a full dinner and endless wine at 6:30 pm.
Tickets are $110 for a five-course meal and endless local wine.
