Oodles of charm. From roadside farmstand to riverside table and all that is in between. Tomatoes, apples, chickens, onions. Persimmons, beets, eggs, pumpkins. Goats, blackberries, kale, artichokes. The ingredients are here for poetry. Rich and Laura Everett’s farm model is to provide a place for new farmers to learn. Chefs Angelo and Ross will cart their portable wood-fired oven out from Los Gatos for the occasion. The rains have been generous this past winter; we will set our long table alongside a wooded, gently flowing stream.
