And our ‘Flagship’(aka Soquel Cider) is a Good Food Awards Finalist!
Laura Everett began dabbling in hard cider after the big fall press of 'soft' cider on the farm. She took a Cider Course at the University of Washington in 2008 and has been planning and planting her heirloom apple orchard for years. Our "Soquel Cider" operation is fully licensed and permitted by the TTB. We produced our first commercial batch of cider in 2014.
